• Client is currently performing a major business transformation, moving from their legacy ERP Baan to SAP S/4HANA. The implementation program is led by a consortium of two IT integrators: TeamWork and Delaware.
• The program enters a critical stage, with the first US deployment being done over summer and the Belgium deployment in progress. Both program and IT organisation must be revised to prepare client be ready for the SAP maintenance and run, as well as transform the program governance to be successful.
