Summary: We are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager to oversee complex Brownfield S/4HANA transformation projects. The role demands extensive experience in SAP project management, particularly in system conversion within large enterprises. The position is remote with occasional travel and offers a flexible start date. The contract is initially for six months with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Brownfield (System Conversion) projects
- Define project scope, timelines, resource planning, and governance structure
- Manage cross-functional teams including functional, technical, Basis, and integration workstreams
- Drive project execution using SAP Activate methodology
- Ensure adherence to quality, budget, and timeline commitments
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee data migration, testing strategy, cutover planning, and hypercare support
- Manage third-party vendors and system integrators
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of SAP project management experience
- Proven experience delivering at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA Brownfield implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC to S/4 conversion approaches and tools (SUM/DMO, Readiness Check, etc.)
- Experience with SAP Activate and Agile/Hybrid methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM/Solution Manager
- Exposure to integrations, data governance, and security aspects
