SAP Project Manager - Finance

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience leading ERP or enterprise transformation projects in complex, cross-functional environments.

Experience managing Finance-related workstreams within SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP implementations.

Understanding of core finance processes including accounting, AP/AR, expense management, tax, reporting, and financial operations.

Experience coordinating enterprise system integrations involving applications such as Concur, Workday, Cforia, Data Lake environments, tax software, or similar platforms.

Experience partnering with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver technology initiatives.

Ability to facilitate requirements gathering, process discussions, and cross-functional decision-making sessions.

Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption activities during enterprise transformation programs.

Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Planview, Clarity, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or related platforms.

Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, Prosci, or related certification.

Experience working in life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

Familiarity with SAP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Treasury, and Reporting.

Experience supporting global implementations and geographically distributed teams.

Experience supporting training and business readiness initiatives.
