SAP Project Coordinator

Job Description: SAP Projects Driven experience is Mandatory

• Deep experience with various project methodologies: We apply various PM methods (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to project needs. PM must adapt methods that work within SFLY culture yet bring best practices to bear and mindset of continuance improvement.
• Strong Communicator: PM must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. We need clear messaging that is appropriate to target audience (eg stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members).
• Risk Management Savy: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project. Communicate risks to stakeholders with clarity and intent to resolution.
• Leadership Experience: Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to positive outcomes. Manage stakeholders (business and technical) through project lifecycle and to expected outcomes.
• Ability to Optimize: Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, changes and scope to yield positive results.
• Quality Insistent: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards through review and testing. Ensure appropriate quality and acceptance gates are incorporated and delivered in project lifecycle.
• SFLY Business Hrs: Must work SFLY biz hours and adapt as necessary as US timezones influence project (eg, a project where all work is west coast vs east cost, a weekend implementation if required, etc.)
• Onshore/Nearshore: A strong experienced PM is the need here.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science or a related field; SAP Supply Chain and security/ GRC certifications preferred.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive decision-making.

Background

Candidate should be worked on at least one SAP implementation or roll outs or Migration projects for recent years.
