Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate large-scale SAP programs involving technology and service transitions.
- Manage complex projects through all phases from build and testing to cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Clarity PM, JIRA, and HP ALM.
- Oversee SAP tools like SAP Solution Manager and CHARM for build documentation and transport tracking.
- Implement Agile methodologies, Scrum, and PMP frameworks in project execution.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing complex SAP programs/projects through full lifecycle phases.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, HP ALM, SAP SolMan, and CHARM.
- Strong understanding of SAP cutover planning, testing, and global rollout execution.

Project Context:
The project has completed the design phase and is currently in the build phase. Testing phases will begin next year, followed by technical cutover in summer, business cutover in fall, and go-live on November 2, 2026, with hypercare support following.
