Summary: The SAP Programme Manager will lead and manage a large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programme for a global retailer. This role involves overseeing the delivery of end-to-end SAP solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The position requires strong stakeholder management and project oversight to meet project milestones and financial targets. This is a 6-month rolling contract based in the United Kingdom, with remote working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the SAP programme, ensuring all project milestones are met and business requirements are delivered effectively.
• Develop and execute the overall programme strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical experts, business analysts, and external vendors, to deliver SAP solutions.
• Oversee SAP project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and financial targets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the main point of contact for all SAP-related matters.

Key Skills:

• Experience working within the consumer industry Retail/CPG/FMCG or similar.
• Experience growing and scaling teams both contract and FTE.
• Proven experience as an SAP Programme Manager, with a track record of delivering large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP FICO, SAP MM) and their integration within complex business environments.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large budgets.
