SAP Production Planning Lead

Summary: The SAP Production Planning Lead is responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Manufacturing Execution (ME) modules. This role involves analyzing production processes, ensuring integration with other SAP modules, and leading change management initiatives. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to develop training materials for end-users. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA PP-PI and ME modules.
• Analyze production processes to design solutions that leverage SAP capabilities.
• Ensure seamless integration of production and manufacturing processes with other SAP modules.
• Develop change enablement training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Utilize SAP reporting tools to generate production performance insights.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with supply chain, QA, and finance teams to align strategies.

Key Skills:

• 6 or more years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and Manufacturing Execution (ME).
• Proficiency in configuring master data, BOMs, Resources, and Master Recipes.
• Experience with configuring PI sheets and Process orders, types, and confirmations.
• Experience with batch management, QM, and Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Experience in integration with SAP MM, SD, and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• Experience with SAP reporting tools for production performance metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
