Join the global SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation program “SyWay” for a leading chemical industry client. The program includes a robust procurement transformation that spans operational purchasing, supplier qualification, risk management, and compliance. The Procurement Data Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate, structured, and validated data to support the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.

Role Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable SAP Procurement Data Specialist with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (SAP MM) and familiarity with supplier management frameworks. This role will manage the extraction, transformation, validation, and migration of procurement-related master and transactional data.

You will use the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) to execute all data activities, while working closely with procurement and risk management stakeholders to ensure business-aligned data delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement data activities in collaboration with purchasing teams and functional consultants.
• Support the transformation and migration of purchasing master and transactional data.
• Validate critical procurement data such as supplier segmentation, contracts, requisitions, and PO attachments.
• Align risk-related and supplier qualification data with governance requirements and SAP standards.
• Use the Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) to manage data migration cycles in line with the SyWay program methodology.
• Ensure traceability, accuracy, and completeness during cutover and hypercare phases.

• Supplier Risk / Supply Chain Risk (Object 3023)
• Operational Contracts (Object 9040)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (formerly SAP MM), including supplier and purchasing data domains.
• Familiarity with procurement transformation programs, including compliance, risk, and supplier performance.
• Experience with legacy procurement data (e.g., POs, requisitions, contracts) and associated attachments.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti Knowledge Platform (SKP) or similar data migration tools.
• Ability to collaborate with procurement teams and ensure business-aligned data definitions and structures.
• Fluent in English; excellent coordination and communication skills in a remote, global team setup.
