Summary: The role of SAP PPQM PTS Consultant requires a highly skilled individual with over 6 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with GxP and regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory bodies through proper documentation and validation.
- Prepare and maintain GxP-compliant documentation including URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Support production planning, process orders, batch management, quality inspections, and results recording.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, WM, PM, and SD to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
- Strong domain knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- In-depth understanding of GxP guidelines, validation processes, and audit readiness.
- Experience with batch management, inspection planning, quality notifications, and process order execution.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
- SAP PP or QM certification is preferred.
