Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP and QM modules in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with GxP and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory bodies through proper documentation and validation.
  • Prepare and maintain GxP-compliant documentation including URS, FRS, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
  • Support production planning, process orders, batch management, quality inspections, and results recording.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, WM, PM, and SD to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP and QM modules with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong domain knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • In-depth understanding of GxP guidelines, validation processes, and audit readiness.
  • Experience with batch management, inspection planning, quality notifications, and process order execution.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.
