SAP PPDS Project Manager - €700-800/day - 7 months - Remote/Europe - Sept/Oct Start - 2-2.5 days/wee

Key Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/DS, covering production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity management, resource optimisation, heuristics and planning-related applications.
• Strong understanding of how PP/DS integrates with other SAP and manufacturing systems across complex production environments.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional designs and oversee technical delivery involving enhancements, interfaces, Fiori applications, CDS views and WRICEF objects.
• Detailed knowledge of production-planning master data, including materials, BOMs, routings, production versions, resources and work centres.
• Strong business analysis, workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, assess and refine business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete and suitable for solution design and estimation.
• Produce detailed functional documentation and review technical designs to ensure developments meet the agreed business and system requirements.
• Design and validate planning solutions across production, scheduling, project-related processes and connected manufacturing platforms.
• Support the standardisation of planning processes and master data, including migration preparation, data ownership and the management of local requirements.
• Maintain solution documentation and monitor delivery progress by tracking actions, dependencies, blockers, estimates and readiness for implementation.
