Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP PP solution architecture and design for discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions aligned with federal compliance standards.
  • Design and configure SAP PP processes including:
    • Demand Management
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
    • Production Orders
    • Capacity Planning
    • Shop Floor Control

    • Repetitive and Discrete Manufacturing
  • Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, QM, EWM, PM, and FI/CO teams to ensure seamless integration across business processes.
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and manufacturing process optimization efforts.
  • Provide architectural guidance for system enhancements, integrations, data migration, and testing activities.
  • Conduct fit-gap workshops and recommend best-practice SAP solutions.
  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
  • Mentor functional consultants and provide technical leadership across project teams.
  • Develop functional specifications and review technical designs for custom developments.
  • Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.

  • 10+ years of SAP PP consulting experience.
  • 5+ years serving as SAP Solution Architect or SAP PP Lead Architect.
