Summary: The SAP Portfolio Lead is responsible for enhancing client relationships with IT and managing the SAP portfolio to align with business objectives. This role involves overseeing SAP projects, ensuring effective delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable plans. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to influence diverse teams while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve client working relationships with IT and the business.
• Act as the single point of contact for all SAP-related matters.
• Manage the SAP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the incoming pipeline of work and prioritize business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and create deliverable statements of work.
• Manage all aspects of SAP project delivery, including budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective resource planning and team expectations are met.
• Work with teams and third-party vendors across multiple locations for successful delivery.

Key Skills:

• Current & Transferable SC Clearance.
• Demonstrable experience in future direction and exploitation of SAP.
• Ability to hold DV Clearance.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in project/programme management and delivery.
• Experience with project and finance reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse teams.
• Experience leading project teams, including third-party vendors and SMEs.
• Experience managing third-party vendors.
• SAP Certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
