Summary: The SAP Portfolio Lead is responsible for enhancing client relationships with IT and managing the SAP portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role involves overseeing SAP projects, managing resources, and ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. The role is fully remote and requires current SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improving clients working relationships with IT and the Business
• SPOC for the Client for anything SAP related
• Managing the future direction, roadmap, and exploitation of SAP as the Client's asset
• Managing the incoming pipeline of work to achieve prioritised business objectives
• Working with Client stakeholders to analyse business requirements and deliver statements of work
• Overall management and control of SAP projects within the agreed SAP portfolio
• Owning all aspects of delivery, including budget, quality, customer satisfaction, and solution assurance
• Managing related resource planning, deliverables, and team expectations
• Collaborating with teams and 3rd parties for successful delivery

Key Skills:

• Current & Transferable SC Clearance
• Demonstrable experience in future Direction & exploitation of SAP
• Ability to hold DV Clearance
• Proven experience (10+ years) in project/programme management and delivery
• Experience of project and finance reporting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Experience of leading project teams including third party vendors
• Experience of effectively managing 3rd party vendors
• SAP Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
