SAP PM/EAM Consultant :: Remote :: W2 Position

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate will lead implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives while optimizing maintenance and asset management processes. This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP PM, S/4HANA, and integration with other SAP modules to improve asset reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PM/EAM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production support projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PM/EAM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP PM functionalities, including:
• Equipment
• Functional Locations
• Maintenance Notifications
• Work Orders
• Maintenance Plans
• Task Lists
• Design and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
• Support enterprise asset lifecycle management and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
• Integrate SAP PM with SAP MM, PP, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP PM/EAM consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on configuration and support experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong understanding of:

• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
• Experience integrating SAP PM with:

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PM/EAM Certification.
• Experience with SAP Asset Manager.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
• Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM).
