Summary: The role of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant involves supporting a direct client engagement with a focus on SAP PM functionalities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure SAP PM Modules Including:
- Maintenance Planning.
- Work Order Management.
- Notifications.
- Preventive Maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM (Materials Management) and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
- Support integration points between SAP PM and other SAP modules.
- Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards in plant maintenance processes.
- Participate in system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Conduct user training and create documentation as needed.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM configuration and support.
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations (at least 1–2 projects preferred).
- Good understanding of integration with SAP MM and other logistics modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
