Summary: The SAP PCS Lead position is a remote role focused on implementing SAP best practices in the Aerospace & Defense sector, specifically in Product Costing and Supply Chain. The candidate will lead workstreams, manage requirement gathering, and oversee configuration, testing, and documentation for an S/4 HANA implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution's SAP Best Practice
- Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.
- Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)
- Requirements Management
- Configuration and Documentation
- Key Decision Documentation
- Process Flows
- Authorization and Security
- Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)
- Change Management
- Reporting
- S/4 Experience
- A&D Experience (for offshore this preferred not a must)
- Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES)
- Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters
- Work Centers, BoMs and Routings - Revision & ECM
- Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
- External Processing with Subcontracting
- Production Order Kitting
- Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order
- Rework and Production Order Splitting
- Availability Checking and Shortage reporting
- Integration with PLM systems
- Integration with MES systems
- Functional specification authoring
Key Skills:

What the Client is Looking For:
The client is seeking a Senior SAP PCS Lead with extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and Product Costing and Supply Chain (PCS) to help implement SAP best practices and configure the necessary solutions for MBoM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials), Routing, and Shop Floor Execution.
This is for an S/4 HANA implementation and requires someone with hands-on experience in both the Aerospace industry and PCS solutions. The candidate should be able to lead workstreams, manage requirement gathering, and be responsible for configuration, testing, and documentation. The role involves detailed knowledge of the full production order lifecycle and integration with PLM and MES systems.
