SAP P2P Business Analyst SAP S/4HANA | Ariba | Contract | Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Business Analyst to support enterprise procurement and Procure-to-Pay transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with P2P processes, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, business requirements, process analysis, integrations, and testing. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements across the complete P2P lifecycle.
• Support procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice processing, and supplier management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution requirements.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and process analysis.
• Support SAP ECC/S/4HANA and SAP Ariba procurement solutions.
• Partner with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
• Support supplier onboarding and enterprise system integrations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and functional validation.
• Coordinate with project managers and Agile/Scrum teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support design, build, test, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within SAP Procurement/P2P environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM / Procurement.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Ariba.
• Strong business requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with functional specifications, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Experience supporting SIT/UAT and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Fieldglass.
• Experience integrating SAP/Ariba with Workday or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and supplier master data.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience supporting large-scale P2P transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery tools.
