Summary: The SAP OTC S4HANA Programme Manager will lead the deployment of the S4HANA OTC EMEA implementation, collaborating with a Scaled Agile team to adapt commercial systems across multiple markets. This role requires strong programme management skills, stakeholder engagement, and risk management to ensure successful project execution. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and effective communication within a cross-functional team environment. The role is fully remote and offers an 8-month contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial OTC EMEA workstream and oversee the deployment of commercial downstream systems.
- Facilitate a Scaled Agile team to ensure smooth go-live processes and successful market deployments.
- Foster collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Support budget discussions and manage risks and opportunities.
- Represent the Commercial Workstream in critical meetings and discussions.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans to achieve programme objectives.
- Coordinate with business function leaders for project task execution.
- Implement improvements in testing processes for e2e system testing.
- Partner with the Commercial Workstream business lead for strategic alignment.
- Serve as a point of contact between Commercial and Supply Chain organisations.
- Provide support and act as an escalation point for project issues.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for programme success.
- Manage co-dependencies across PIs and workstream products.
- Demonstrate leadership in complex situations to keep the programme on track.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovative solutions within the team.
- Evolve the OTC EMEA Commercial Workstream SAFE model for better alignment.
Key Skills:
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience.
- SAFE Scaled Agile programme participation.
- Exposure to SAP/S4HANA projects.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Order to Cash processes.
- Experience across Commercial application landscape, including SFE, Data & Analytics, and Contract Management.
- Experience in budget management.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence without authority.
- High level of experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
