Summary: We are looking for a skilled SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Lead Consultant to manage the implementation and enhancement of SAP OTC processes within the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate should possess extensive knowledge of SAP SD and its integration with other modules, along with experience in leading comprehensive SAP OTC projects in S/4HANA or ECC environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from business stakeholders.
- Configure SAP SD module components: sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery processing, and credit management.
- Coordinate and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), integration testing, and training sessions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FI, MM, PP, and technical consultants (ABAP, PI/PO, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.
Key Skills:
