Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP SD & OTC.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in Brownfield/Greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP Variant Configuration (VC).
- Proven experience in post-go-live hypercare and production support.
- Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
- Experience in rollouts and/or AMS engagements.
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, MM, PP and other relevant modules.
- Experience in testing, defect management, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
