Summary: The SAP OTC Business Process Manager role involves leading and optimizing SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes, focusing on areas such as Pricing, Contract Management, and Revenue Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end OTC processes related to pricing, contracts, rebates, incentives, and revenue management.
- Define and maintain global process standards, governance, and best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
- Support pricing strategies, rebate programs, accruals, settlements, chargebacks, and revenue-related processes.
- Ensure SAP S/4HANA solutions align with global templates and fit-to-standard principles.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams on functional design, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Lead SIT/UAT testing, cutover activities, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, SOX, and GxP requirements.
- Support reporting, analytics, and data governance for pricing, rebate, and revenue processes.
