Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced OTC Business Consultant with expertise in the Order to Cash module, specifically within the Bio Pharma industry. This fully remote contract role involves driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement effective OTC solutions and enhance overall efficiency. A strong background in ERP systems, particularly SAP, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for OTC processes within the Bio Pharma domain.
  • Lead business process design, reengineering, and transformation initiatives across OTC functions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to define and implement OTC solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide strategic guidance on ERP implementations and enhancements (preferably SAP OTC).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the Bio Pharma industry (e.g., FDA, GxP).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OTC efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption efforts across global teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess OTC process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in OTC consulting roles, with significant exposure to the Bio Pharma industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTC lifecycle including order management, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), including configuration and integration.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and regulated environment.
