Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess how changes to sales and marketing processes affect the broader OTC lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to financial stakeholders, helping to protect the integrity of finance operations during the SFDC Revenue Cloud implementation.
- Guide the organization towards best practices and reduction of customizations across Salesforce and SAP environments.
- Challenge assumptions, advocate for the finance function, and stand firm when negotiating system/process decisions with the SFDC team.
- Collaborate with technical OTC team (6+ members) to ensure alignment between system capabilities and business needs.
- Minimize disruption while enabling scalable, out-of-the-box functionality within Salesforce and SAP.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of functional and strategic experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Strong understanding or hands-on exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) current or upcoming versions.
- Functional knowledge of SAP ERP (focus on OTC processes).
