Summary: The SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Architect role involves leading the design and integration of end-to-end OTC processes, focusing on the alignment of Salesforce and SAP systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and optimize SAP OTC processes, including SAP BRIM, SAP RAR, and SAP FI-CA.
- Evaluate and integrate Salesforce CPQ and RevCloud with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance.
- Lead the design of revenue recognition models for subscription, milestone, and usage-based contracts.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, legal, IT) to define and implement scalable solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, favoring standard SAP configurations over customizations.
- Document business process flows, functional specs, and technical designs.
- Conduct workshops, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Travel to Portland, OR, 3-4 times during the project as needed.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce and SAP Finance, with 5+ years in SAP RAR & FI-CA.
- Deep expertise in SAP BRIM (SOM, CC, CI), SD, and FI-GL integration.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based billing models and event-based revenue recognition.
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP Certifications in BRIM, RAR, or S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
