Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize knowledge of OpenText Content Server, Archive Server, Document Pipeline, and Enterprise Scan.
  • Implement ECM concepts such as versioning, classification, workflows, and access control.
  • Provide troubleshooting and performance tuning for OpenText solutions.
