Summary: The SAP Onboarding Lead will proactively support process design workshops and discussions, leveraging knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation best practices. This role involves collaborating with process design experts to ensure the consistency of the solution design and advising on customer-specific requirements. The candidate will also devise a comprehensive plan for solution delivery, focusing on the customer's complex business needs and implementation strategies for onboarding and other SF modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support process design workshops and discussions.
  • Provide knowledge of SAP SF Implementation Leading Practices.
  • Partner with Process Design Expert to drive simplification and standardization of solution design.
  • Identify and document customer-specific process-related solution requirements.
  • Ensure consistency of SF solution design against to-be process design.
  • Advise on solutions for customer-specific requirements not covered by leading practices.
  • Demonstrate leading practices and solution capabilities during process design discussions.
  • Devise a plan for solution delivery considering customer needs.
  • Analyze customer business needs and devise implementation strategies for onboarding and other SF modules.

Key Skills:

  • Onboarding 2.0 certification.
  • Employee Central certification.
  • Experience with a minimum of 2 new onboarding projects.
  • Familiarity with Recruiting and Employee Central.
  • Basic understanding of 3rd party integrations (ATS, HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Understanding of the concept of EC Mini-Master.

Project location : Burbank, CA (Remote)

Description:

Proactively support process design workshops and discussions Provide knowledge of SAP SF Implementation Leading Practices Partner with Process Design Expert in driving simplification, standardization and harmonization of to-be solution design, referencing leading practice solutions. Identify and document customer specific process related solution requirements (Business Requirements List) Ensure consistency of SF solution design against to-be process design Advise on possible solutions to cover customer specific requirements that cannot be accommodated in a leading practice Demonstrate leading practices and solution capabilities, when required to support process design discussions.

Delivery Scope Description

The role involves devising a plan for solution delivery considerate of the needs of the customer s most complex business areas as well as a detailed roadmap for implementation of the most critical technical elements of deployment. Candidates must have strong skills in analyzing customer business needs and being able to devise an implementation strategy for Onboarding alongside implementation plans for multiple other SF modules.
