Summary: We are looking for an experienced Offshore SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant to support a UK-based S/4HANA implementation. The role involves working remotely as part of a global delivery team, focusing on the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of OTC processes. The consultant will collaborate with onshore teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices. This position is critical for the successful execution of the project and requires proven expertise in SAP OTC processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA OTC configuration (order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and receivables)
- Collaborate with onshore teams and business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
- Participate in solution design workshops and ensure alignment with best practices
- Prepare functional specifications and support integration with other modules (eg, MM, FI)
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
- Assist with data migration, cutover activities, and hypercare support
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in SAP OTC, including at least one S/4HANA implementation
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
- Hands-on configuration experience in SD/OTC components
- Experience working in offshore delivery models supporting UK/European clients
