Summary: Seeking an experienced SAP MRO/EAM techno-functional consultant with strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience to lead design and delivery within an MRO/Enterprise Asset Management workstream. The candidate must possess deep functional expertise in Plant Maintenance/EAM and practical experience with maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes. This role requires full life-cycle implementation experience, including S/4 HANA transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design discussions with client SMEs and stakeholders for MRO/EAM workstream.
- Analyze business requirements and translate into detailed functional and technical designs.
- Develop ARICE objects using SAP ABAP and support technical build activities.
- Integrate MRO/EAM processes with Procurement, Inventory Management, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Project Systems, Quality Management, and FICO.
- Create and maintain detailed design/build documentation: Configuration Rationale, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, Test Scripts, etc.
- Participate in full life-cycle implementations and S/4 HANA transformations, including cutover and stabilization activities.
Key Skills:
- Overall 15+ years of SAP functional and technical (ABAP) experience.
- Expertise (MC-4 or SME level) in Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management.
- Hands-on experience with Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) processes for components or complex assets.
- Proven SAP ABAP development experience, specifically developing ARICE objects.
- Experience integrating EAM with Procurement, Inventory, OTC, Project Systems, Quality Management, and FICO.
- Experience writing detailed design/build documents and test artifacts.
- Experience in full life-cycle implementations and S/4 HANA transformations.
