SAP Mobility & Integration Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Mobility & Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Mobility, SAP Gateway, and SAP BTP Mobile Services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and migrating SAP mobile solutions, particularly within SAP S/4HANA and SAP Asset Management (SSAM) environments.

The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and migrating enterprise mobility solutions to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Mobile Services, while ensuring seamless integration with backend SAP systems and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support SAP mobility solutions using SAP BTP Mobile Services, SAP Gateway, and related SAP mobility technologies.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA and SSAM implementation projects, including mobility-related design and integration activities.
• Lead or support the migration of existing SAP mobile applications and mobility solutions to SAP BTP Mobile Services.
• Develop and integrate SAP OData services and APIs to support mobile applications and enterprise integrations.
• Work with SAP API Management to design, publish, secure, monitor, and manage APIs.
• Integrate SAP and non-SAP systems using appropriate integration and API technologies.
• Work with Apigee for API management, security, policies, traffic management, and integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobility, integration, API, and backend connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, and development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, solution designs, and deployment/support documentation.
• Participate in testing, deployment, production support, and knowledge-transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Mobility, SAP Gateway, or SAP BTP Mobile Services.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Experience working on SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience migrating SAP mobility solutions to SAP BTP Mobile Services.
• Strong knowledge of SAP OData services/APIs and integration concepts.
• Experience with SAP API Management.
• Hands-on experience with Apigee API Management.
• Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, policies, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of SAP backend-to-mobile integration architecture.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BTP architecture and services.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and related integration technologies.
• Experience with mobile application integration and enterprise mobility architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
