Summary: The SAP MM Consultant role is focused on providing expert consulting services in SAP MM/WM, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience and hands-on involvement in at least three end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations. The consultant will be responsible for defining customer requirements, performing module integrations, and supporting user training and project management. Strong communication skills and expertise in batch management and inter-company transactions are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conceptualization, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Define detailed blueprint on customer requirements and solution
- Perform integration of MM to other modules
- User training and management
- Assist in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans; acting as liaison with client for troubleshooting (investigates, analyses, and resolves issues)
- Analyze and map clients' business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Provide functional specifications for ABAP developments
- Test / validate / approve ABAP developments for delivery to customers
- Support UAT and resolve UAT issues
- Perform cut over to the new SAP system
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years SAP MM consulting experience
- Hands-on experience in at least 3 E2E SAP S/4 Implementation projects
- Very strong knowledge in Batch Management (Expert)
- At least 1 implementation with Batch Management
- Well-versed in all aspects of Inter-company transactions and STOs
- Basic knowledge of FICO, SD, and PS modules
- Expertise in the integration of MM with other Logistics modules
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact at all levels within client company
- Experience in interfaces to third-party systems
- Knowledge in MRP concepts
