Summary: The role of SAP MDG Functional Consultant is a fully remote position focused on serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) related to Business Partner, Customer, Material master, and Vendor scopes. The consultant will lead design workshops, document business processes, and configure MDG settings while ensuring data quality and compliance with best practices. The position requires extensive experience in SAP MDG and S/4 HANA, particularly in configuration and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive MDG BP FIT GAP Design Workshops, Author Business Process Documentation and Process Flows, Configure MDGIMG, DRFIMG and all related setup
- Excellent understanding of SAP S/4 and MDG technical framework
- Author Configuration docs, Author GAPs, Author FSDs
- Provide Data Quality best practice and input to MDG data design and build (work with functional teams, data partner and Data Quality team)
- Experience with requirement gathering design, FIT GAP Analysis & documentation
- Hands on Experience with S/4HANA MDG BP Vendor, Customer and MM E2E Configuration
- Experience of working in a distributed environment (e.g., on-shore, off-shore, etc.)
