Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Data Management & governance with SAP ERP technologies (SAP ECC and S4HANA, SAP MDG).
- Expertise in Customer Master Data Domain and knowledge of related Data Domains (Vendor, Intercompany).
- Experience with Customer-related functional data processes (Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Retail Execution).
- Proficient in Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra) and Data Quality analysis (e.g., SQL).
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

CONTEXT & SCOPE
This role is a global role that supports the Mars Snacking business segment, working with business and Information technology stakeholders to support existing capabilities, drive additional enhancements and transformation project requirements in process/technology and ensure data quality and governance is adhered to.
The Customer Data Analyst role represents a Subject Matter Expert with deep understanding of Customer Master Data Domain, particularly in SAP. This role will work under the guidance and leadership of the Business Partner Data Lead to support a range of different projects within the Mars Snacking business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience (5 - 7 years) in Data Management & governance, based on core SAP ERP technologies (SAP ECC and S4HANA, SAP MDG), preferably with similar business context (Consumer Product Goods or Foods and Beverages)
Subject Matter Expert in Customer Master Data Domain in SAP and strong knowledge of related Data Domains (Vendor, Intercompany)
Good experience with Customer-related functional data processes, such as Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Retail Execution
Good experience with using Data Governance tools, such as Collibra, and Data Quality analysis (for example, using SQL), and fluent in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel
Fluent in spoken and written English, any additional language is an advantage
