Summary: We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant with expertise in Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Management System (TMS) integration. The role requires leading configuration efforts and managing logistics workflows within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP LE processes and integration with ECC or S/4HANA. This position is remote but can also be based in Milwaukee, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE and TMS modules.
- Integrate SAP TMS with ECC/S/4HANA and third-party logistics systems.
- Configure and support transportation planning, freight order creation, carrier selection, and freight settlement.
- Manage interfaces between SAP LE and non-TMS systems (e.g., carrier portals, 3PL systems).
- Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, and FICO teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.
- Support inbound and outbound delivery processes, shipment creation, and goods movement.
- Handle IDoc configuration and troubleshooting for logistics documents.
- Provide functional support during testing, training, and go-live phases.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to logistics execution and transportation integration.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP Logistics Execution and/or SAP TMS.
- Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight order management, and shipment execution.
- Experience with SAP LE integration with MM, SD, and FICO modules.
- Hands-on experience with IDoc configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to work with external logistics systems and carriers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
