Summary: Hamilton Barnes is looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Functional Analyst for a critical utility systems initiative on a 6-month contract. This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Belfast, focusing on the development and support of SAP IS-U modules. The analyst will engage with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions aligned with best practices in the utility sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP IS-U modules (eg, device management, billing, customer service).
- Configure and customize the SAP IS-U system based on business requirements.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing processes within SAP IS-U.
- Support and maintain integration between SAP IS-U and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues related to SAP IS-U functionality.
Key Skills:
- Experience supporting and developing SAP IS-U functional modules
- Experience supporting SAP interfaces/integration to SAP & non-SAP systems
- Excellent communication (written, verbal & presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with varying business levels to gather requirements/understand issues
- Knowledge and experience of FieldWork processes and operations within SAP IS-U
Salary (Rate): £500 daily

This remote role (with occasional travel to Belfast), offers a key opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and support of SAP IS-U modules within a complex enterprise environment. You'll work hands-on with core SAP IS-U functionalities, support integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, and engage with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, process-driven solutions aligned with utility sector best practices.
