Summary: The role of an IS-U Consultant involves supporting the operational management of an SAP R/3 Utilities System, focusing on master data and market communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze error messages and collaborate with development for corrections
• Analyze, design, evaluate, and implement customer requirements
• Take on technical project leadership in regulatory projects
• Conduct alpha testing and support customer tests
• Act as a technical contact for clients
• Coordinate and execute transports

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with master data, customer management, and supplier switching processes in the IS-U environment
• Project experience in configuring customer and supplier switching processes (PDOCs & switching documents)
• Good expertise in creating and adjusting master data and related processes
• Project experience in leading and advising clients
• Good communication skills with consultants and ABAP developers
• Knowledge and experience in formats such as UTILMD, ORDERS, QUOTES, etc.
• Nice to have: experience in ABAP development & debugging, experience with SAP CRM, ITSM process knowledge
