Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) Expert to support utility system processes, billing exception handling, and related operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP IS-U billing exceptions, including outsorts and implausible meter readings.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP utility system processes and exception handling.
- Troubleshoot billing exceptions and support resolution of utility billing issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Support remote project activities and travel onsite as required.
Required Skills
10+ years of SAP experience, with expert-level SAP IS-U knowledge
Strong understanding of utility billing processes
Experience handling billing exceptions, outsorts, and implausibles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 25%
