Summary: The SAP Integration Lead / Testing Lead (SME) is tasked with overseeing the integration and testing strategy across various SAP modules, ensuring stability and readiness throughout the implementation process. This role requires extensive experience in SAP integration and testing leadership, with a focus on coordinating activities across functional and technical teams. The position involves occasional travel to specific states for project-related activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of SAP functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-module integration and testing activities
- Define and manage SIT, UAT, and regression testing strategies
- Coordinate testing execution across functional and technical teams
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and external systems
- Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting
- Partner with business stakeholders to validate end-to-end scenarios
- Support cutover planning and go-live readiness
- Provide post-go-live support as needed
- Travel to Arizona, Illinois, and Delaware as required
Key Skills:
- 15+ years of SAP integration and testing leadership experience
- Strong cross-functional SAP knowledge (PP, QM, EWM, MM, SD)
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations
- Ability to lead complex testing efforts and drive accountability
- Strong communication and coordination skills
