Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Instructional Designer to develop and deliver effective training solutions for end users, SMEs, and UAT testers involved in SAP implementations. The role involves designing role-based learning experiences, supporting integrated testing and UAT phases, and creating engaging training content using various delivery methods, including WalkMe for digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver role-based process training aligned to SAP modules and business processes.
  • Tailor content for brownfield and greenfield implementation scenarios.
  • Train Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on test case execution, data handling, and exception management.
  • Create instructional materials that simplify complex testing requirements.
  • Conduct training for UAT testers on navigating the SAP environment, executing scenarios, and defect logging.
  • Ensure testers are fully prepared to validate functionality.
  • Create high-quality training materials, including Instructor-Led Training (ILT) decks, facilitator guides, job aids, and eLearning modules.
  • Create WalkMe walkthroughs and digital training assets.
  • Own the development and maintenance of role-based training curriculum, session materials, playbooks, and end-user reference guides.
  • Maintain test training trackers and feedback tools.

  • Proven experience as an instructional designer on SAP ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End User Training:
    • Design and deliver role-based process training aligned to SAP modules and business processes.
    • Tailor content for brownfield and greenfield implementation scenarios.
  • Integrated Testing Support:
    • Train Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on test case execution, data handling, and exception management.
    • Create instructional materials that simplify complex testing requirements.
  • UAT Training:
    • Conduct training for UAT testers on navigating the SAP environment, executing scenarios, and defect logging.
    • Ensure testers are fully prepared to validate functionality.
  • Content Development:
  • Create high-quality training materials, including:
