Summary: The role of SAP Instructional Designer involves designing, developing, and delivering customized blended-learning programs for clients transitioning to new SAP versions. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of customized role-based blended-learning programs for clients implementing or upgrading SAP.
- Develop engaging and effective training curriculum to enhance user adoption.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the training process.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel nationally on a weekly basis as required.
Key Skills:
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum.
- 3+ years of experience with major ERP systems.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with various modules of SAP.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
