Location: Remote but prefer Purchase, NY, Chicago, IL, or Plano, TX General areas just incase for travel.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP-IM Consultant specializing in Logistics and Warehouse Execution (WE) configuration and customization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a highly skilled professional with 15+ years of experience in SAP implementations, configuration, and business process optimization in a logistics and warehouse execution environment.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions tailored to meet our clients' dynamic warehouse management and logistics needs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP-IM and a proven track record of optimizing inventory management systems, streamlining operations, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates will be heavily involved in integration of SAP-IM with 3rd Party warehouse automation solutions.
Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of SAP Inventory Management (IM) modules focused on Logistics and Warehouse Execution (WE).
Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet organizational objectives and enhance logistics and warehouse processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement SAP-based solutions that optimize inventory control, logistics processes, and warehouse execution.
Provide technical expertise in end-to-end warehouse management including inbound/outbound processes, storage, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
Lead and participate in project lifecycles, including blueprinting, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide training and documentation to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new system functionalities.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP-IM and Logistics processes within the organization.
Qualifications:

Previous warehouse automation integration experience with SAP S/4 highly preferred
15+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP Inventory Management (IM) modules, with a strong focus on Logistics and Warehouse Execution.
Proven track record of SAP configuration and customization in a logistics and warehouse execution environment.
Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and integration with other modules.
Experience integrating SAP-IM with other key SAP modules like Material Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).
Deep understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, stock transfers, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting.
Experience in business process analysis, blueprinting, and design in the SAP environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient SAP solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
