Role Description
The senior SAP IBP Functional Consultant should have SAP IBP experience in configuring and implementing Advance Planner and Optimizer (APO), Global Available to Promise (GATP), Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP) for combining sales and Operations planning (S&OP).
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver IBP demos to client and explain business benefits.
- Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet Business process designs requirements
- Integration experience with cross-process teams
- Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
- Business process design and system analysis
- Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
- Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
- Developing test strategies and managing large complex test efforts
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
