Summary: The role is for an experienced SAP HCM Core HR Lead with over 8 years of expertise in SAP Human Capital Management. The candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of the Core HR module, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM Core HR modules (OM, PA, Time Management).
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and support teams.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

Key Skills:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Core HR modules.
