Summary: We're seeking an experienced SAP HR LSMW expert to lead data migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition of HR data from legacy systems to SAP HR. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in LSMW, SAP HR, and data migration best practices. This role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute data migration strategies using LSMW for SAP HR modules.
- Analyze legacy HR data, identify data quality issues, and develop data cleansing and transformation rules.
- Create and maintain LSMW projects, including data mapping, conversion rules, and batch input programs.
- Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot data migration issues, working closely with technical teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation on data migration processes, including data mapping, conversion rules, and LSMW configurations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with SAP HR LSMW, including data migration projects and LSMW development.
- Strong understanding of LSMW, SAP HR modules, and data migration best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data migration issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll (nice to have).
- Experience with other data migration tools, such as SAP Data Services or third-party tools (nice to have).
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (nice to have).
