ROLE: SAP HCM PAYROLL
LOCATION: REMOTE BUT THERE MIGHT BE A TRAVEL REQUIREMENT TO JACKSON, MI
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules.
- Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation.
- Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management.
- Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements.
- Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes.
- Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements.
- Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-standard solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies.
- Support workflow automation for HR processes
- Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling.
- Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
SAP certification in HCM.
