* You will define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.
* You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
* You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
* Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
* Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management is required.
* Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management is recommended.
* Develop innovative architecture solutions that align with business objectives.
* Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
* Mentor and guide team members in best practices for technology architecture.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
