Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP HCM modules such as:
    • Personnel Administration (PA)
    • Organizational Management (OM)
    • Time Management (TM)
    • Payroll (PY)
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Configure SAP HCM system based on client needs
  • Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide end-user training and support
  • Handle incident management and troubleshoot system issues
  • Work on data migration, master data uploads, and reporting
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations
