Summary: An SAP HCM Consultant is tasked with implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Human Capital Management modules to streamline HR processes such as payroll, personnel administration, time management, and organizational management. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and effective system functionality. The position is remote and focuses on long-term engagement with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP HCM modules such as:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll (PY)
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Configure SAP HCM system based on client needs
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide end-user training and support
- Handle incident management and troubleshoot system issues
- Work on data migration, master data uploads, and reporting
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll)
- Experience in SAP configuration and customization
- Understanding of HR business processes
- Knowledge of payroll schemas and rules (for Payroll roles)
- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP (debugging is a plus)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (optional but preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
