20+ years of SAP HCM/Payroll experience, with Solution Architect expertise and strong hands-on technical capabilities
SAP HCM experience in an S/4HANA environment
Utilities industry experience
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience along with active certifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience navigating an implementation project (IP)
Travel
Weekly travel to California is expected initially, with the possibility of reduced travel over time.
