Strong expertise in:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
- Employee and organizational replication.
- Integration troubleshooting and monitoring.
- Data mapping and transformation.
- Foundation object and HR master data structures.
- Must have strong proven experience in data replication of complex HR scenarios
- Experience working with:
- EC Payroll.
- SAP HCM.
- SAP S/4HANA.
- CPI integrations preferable
- Ability to analyze replication failures and resolve data synchronization issues.
- Experience supporting global payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
