Key Requirements

• Strong SAP HCM Payroll consultant experience across both project delivery and live support environments.
• Proven expertise in UK and Canadian Payroll, including payroll legislation, statutory compliance, tax regulations, deductions, reporting, and year-end processing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA HCM, Time Management, and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Strong SAP Payroll configuration and support background, including Payroll PCR and Schema development.
• Experience integrating SAP Payroll with third-party vendors and external systems.
• Broader SAP knowledge across Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, provide reliable customer-focused solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
