Summary: Whitehall Resources is seeking an SAP HCM Consultant for a fully remote project, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. The role involves addressing incidents, implementing change requests, and providing functional support for SAP HCM Payroll in Hungary. Proficiency in Hungarian and English is essential for effective communication with clients and the AMS team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer to Incidents, Service Requests and Minor Enhancements of SAP HCM Payroll Hungary
• Implement Change requests in SAP HCM Payroll Hungary
• Problem analysis and resolution in SAP HCM Payroll Hungary
• Act as a Single point of contact with SAP for support under the defined scope (SAP HCM PY Hungary). SAP ticket creation and update of BMC Remedy ticket.
• Support Packages functional support – notes analysis, regression testing and deploy in Productions regarding SAP HCM PY Hungary
• Interact with client or BPO on topics related to SAP HCM in general for AMS team overall (key contact in AMS team for Hungary).
• Support SAP HCM PY with Hungary legal requirements and system technical (functional) discussions
• Collaborate with overall AMS team for SAP HCM support to Hungary

Key Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management and other SAP HCM modules
• Fluency in Hungarian and English
